Territory Sales Manager - (Cincinnati, OH)

Job DescriptionBasic PurposeThe basic function of the Territory Sales Manager is to promote the value, demonstrate the features and recommend products provided by the company. Also, to generate profitable sales and contribute towards gross sales objective, Gross Profit Margin objective for the total mix of products and a net return on sale objective for the year; from new and existing customers. Position SpecificationExperience and Education: A thorough understanding of the company’s products, a Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university. Related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and background. Prefer sales background with a manufacturer in the building materials industry.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Outgoing, motivated, assertive, team member with effective written, verbal, and spoken communication expertise. Time management, analytical and organization skills. Expertise to drive and travel up to 75% of the time, frequently involving overnight stays.
