Job DescriptionBASIC FUNCTIONS• Acts independently with minimal direction of the SR Manager, Quality.• Assist with the collection and submission of HEDIS/CMS five Star data as mandated by the Federal Government.• Responsible for developing processes and procedures around the collection and submission of supplemental data for the purposes of HEDIS.• Assists with project managing CMS five Star measures which includes developing and implementing initiatives aimed at increasing individual measure ratings and ultimately increasing plan overall star rating to five stars and maintaining said rating year over year.• Assist in completing program documentation and quality improvement projects.• Assist in the development and implementation of a Pay for Performance program for participating providers.
