HVAC Systems Service Manager - (Cincinnati, OH)

Job DescriptionOur client is a mid-sized profitable manufacturer of custom HVAC modular systems. We are actively seeking a motivated and organized Service Manager to grow their service area, ie maintenance contracts, upgrades, retrofits etc. The will be managing 1 assistant and five service technicians. More specifically, the Service Manager oversees the operation of the Service Department during installation, start-up and repair phases of the project while building and maintaining relationships with customers. This will be accomplished through manpower traveling to the customer’s site after the HVAC water distribution has shipped. What We’re Looking For An attention to detail and strong management skills. Expertise to communicate effectively. Degree in Engineering or related skills as a service manager. Minimal 4 years related experience in an HVAC service installation atmosphere, preferred 5 to 7 years related skills in an HVAC service installation atmosphere.
