Nurse Manager Quality and Risk - (Salinas, CA)

A fantastic opportunity is now available at a 200 bed Central Coastal California Medical Center actively seeking a Manager Quality and Risk Management. The Manager Quality and Risk Management reports to the Vice President of Quality Management, and is supported by a tenured team of registered nurses. The Risk Manager collaborates with a multidisciplinary team; physicians, clinical management and additional healthcare staff to develop enhance and implement quality initiatives. The Quality and Risk Management Nurse Manager will be responsible for oversight of Regulatory Compliance, Infection Control, Risk Management, Case Management and Quality programs at the hospital. The Manager of Quality and Risk Management will support operations in a manner that is consistent with overall hospital strategies, policies and procedures.
