Job overview: Experienced Construction Project Manager in government projects/contracts to lead, direct, and oversee the day-to-day management of the construction project. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Understand the terms and scope of the construction contract Responsible for managing all administrative and field construction activities related to assigned projects. Direct communication and coordination of trades throughout the construction process. Monitor job costs, work status, and billings, submittals, creating project schedules, and change order management successfully Expertise to do basic estimating, take-offs and solicit quotes Expertise to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, problem solves, supervise, and organize while using effective time organizational skills.
