Job DescriptionThe Maintenance Manager is responsible for repairing and maintaining our machines, equipment and systems. Can you fix anything? Do you have background with Hydraulics, Electrical work, Plumbing, etc? We are looking for a skilled Maintainer that can help our custom plastics injection molding operate as scheduled.Additional Responsibilities: Identification of productivity opportunities Some training responsibilities on new equipment/processes Develop solid working rapport with all production and tooling personnel Development and specification of equipment required to improve operating efficiencies in conjunction with production personnel Direct interaction with customer base with regard to translating their needs into actionable items for internal personnel Strong interaction with Quality on definition of new processes Remain updated on latest equipment and technology in injection molding Pay Scale: $35,000- $65,000 annual salaryAdditional quarterly bonuses dependent upon company and personal
