Responsible for maintaining a high standard of excellence in professionalism relating to exercise program design, class and private session content and preparation, studio upkeep, team involvement, and member safety and satisfaction. Adherence to PRO---s core values and mission statement is expected and is critical to the success of the PRO Sports Club Group Fitness Department. Puts member safety and satisfaction 1st Assists in assuring Studios are safe and ---Show Ready--- at all times Accepts member feedback in a positive, constructive manner and passes concerns on to supervisor Adheres to scheduled responsibilities including attending mandatory department meetings and team functions Design and implement personalized Pilates programs Track client progress using medical grade charting Familiarity of various Pilates styles and equipment Remains current in continuing-ed credits and Pilates certification Develop strong working relationships with PRO Personal Trainers and Physical Therapists
