King Estate Winery, located in Eugene Oregon is seeking experienced individuals to join our Culinary Department. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing the meal service and to execute this task with the upmost pride and quality. The Line Cook must create daily lists and maintain freshness at all times. He or She is also responsible for keeping the kitchen, walk-in coolers and storage spaces clean and sanitized. This individual is responsible for ensuring that the kitchen has all quality ingredients needed for service and to communicate any concerns to the Sous Chef and/or the Chef De Cuisine. Qualifications: ---Culinary Background --- Must be able to prioritize production levels and deadlines --- Expertise to maintain quality in a fast-paced environment --- Flexible work schedule, expertise to work all shifts --- Outstanding communication abilities
