Solaris Systems Administrator (NMMES - (Norfolk, VA)

Job DescriptionImagine 1 is seeking a wide spectrum of applicants, with all levels of background, to serve as Systems Administrators for a large Navy support contract. Applicants with background in Solaris Administration and Oracle VM Administration is required. Work will be performed in Norfolk, Virginia. Assignments include but are not limited to: Establishes and maintains user accounts, assigning file permissions and establishing password and account policies Installs, upgrades, configures, tests, maintains and supports operating system software in a production and development environment. Configure and implement LDOM’s and Zones pertaining to Solaris where needed. Participates in reviewing performance logs and monitors system performance.
