Director, Customer Service - (Palm Coast, FL)
Must have good written and spoken communication expertise (in English) along with an in depth understanding of customer service principles related to both operations and quality. Must be able to meet production qualifications while attaining top quality. Must have proficiency in Ms office programs (Outlook, Microsoft excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft word). Must have the expertise to work in a very quick paced environment. Must be capable to manage multiple priorities at once. Flexibility and proven leadership skills are essential qualifications. Must be able to balance the needs of the customers, clients, company, and employees. Must be able to communicate effectively, both internally and externally, at all levels of the organization with clients and vendors. Must be willing to travel, when needed. Must have the availability and willingness to take on responsibilities outside the scope of this position.
