System Support Associate - (Boulder, CO)

SYSTEM SUPPORT ASSOCIATE Kelmar is growing and we have an immediate opening for a System Support Associate. This is a client facing position assisting client States with ongoing support of Kelmar---s KAPS unclaimed property management system and associated interfaces with other systems. The associate will be well versed on using the KAPS system and unclaimed property management with the expectation of becoming an expert in all facets of using the system. The System Support Associate will be working as part of the Support team and will be assigned projects with other teammates to enhance the department as a whole. Position assignments include, but are not limited to: 1st line of defense in all client requests; manages clients request using ticket system or email/phone calls directly from client Prioritizing client needs and communicating with manager on a weekly basis of issues important to clients Train system users in the KAPS system Analyze and recommend process workflows to clients
