Agile Transition Lead with Security Clearance - (Fairborn, OH)

Description:JOB SUMMARY: An Agile Transition lead (Subject Matter Expert) is required to work within the Leidos Software Engineering organization to transition current waterfall SDLC processes to agile methodologies. --This role will work with multiple development teams and third party partners to create strategy, roadmap, processes, structures, guidelines, and architecture, for the Agile Transformation of the program. The Agile Transition lead will lead the Leidos development team and development partners to transition to well-defined customized agile software engineering process. --This would include process definition, Agile Scrum based Software engineering, Hybrid Agile based module development along with cross functional communication, software technical project management, qualifications traceability, source code control, test case management and defect tracking. --This position will also define the metrics to be used to track process improvement.
