Downtown Wichita law firm seeks to hire an energetic, independent associate to work on all aspects of family law cases and engage in a diverse set of tasks and projects within family law litigation, mediation, and collaborative practice. We are a "problem-solving" law firm, not a litigation mill and look for an associate who will care about our clients and their families. This position will provide the applicant an opportunity to become the lead on their own cases from inception to settlement or potential trial and to do so very quickly based on a showing of strong client organizational skills and analytical thinking. The ideal candidate will have excellent research, writing, analytical, and people skills as well as possess an expertise to work both independently and on a team.
