Senior Family Attorney with trial experience - (Fort Worth, TX)

Fort Worth office of our client seeks senior family attorney with 4-7yrs of background, and have significant advocacy background and training. The applicant will handle a caseload independently from day 1 including all aspects of client management, case management, discovery planning, pre-trial, and trial work. Should have significant background in family law drafting and litigation. A good knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, Texas Rules of Evidence, and the Texas Family Code is required.
