Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of mortgage experience - (Long Beach, CA)

Long Beach office of our client seeks litigation attorney with 2+ years of mortgage background. The applicant will manage independent case load including civil litigation, evictions, title litigation, and potential bankruptcy matters. Will have initial intake and analysis on files as soon as received and generate strategy and budget within a 24 hour time frame. Review chain of title, pleadings, foreclosure documents, and respond to lender and agent requests within a 24 hour time frame. Make court appearances across California and provide same day client updates. Write, review, and edit reports, opinions, correspondence, articles, and other documents for compliance purposes. Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed. Must have membership in the CA State Bar, but NV Bar license is a huge positive.
