Job DescriptionWhitemore James Black is presently assisting our prestigious law firm client on their search for a part time International Data Privacy attorney to join their DC office on a temporary basis. This role is available immediately and may last up to a year in duration. This role will require availability to work on-site at the firm's offices in DC. The firm anticipates requiring up to 30 hours per week of assistance.The perfect applicant will have 7+ years of prior background counseling clients on international data privacy. Duties may include legal research, drafting and negotiating data use agreements and NDAs, drafting and reviewing privacy policies, and assisting with regulatory matters. Specific knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the EU-US data privacy shield is required.
