Job description The Law Office of Christian B. Green, a CNA Litigation Counsel office, is seeking a Workers Compensation Trial Attorney in our Oakland office. These matters include, but are not limited to workers compensation defense and workers compensation lien actions. This position provides full or specialized legal services to 1 or more areas supported often dealing with highly complex or specialized matters, has ongoing relationship and accountability for assigned legal matters. The candidate must be expert in the field of workers compensation. Work assignments consist of major legal tasks involving problems of the highest level of difficulty with complex facts that are in question for which considerable legal judgment, background and independent reasoning are required.
