Providence office of our client seeks litigation attorney with 2-3 yrs of background. The applicant will be performing detailed and comprehensive legal research. Will be drafting research and fact memos. Drafting pleadings and motions. Handling written discovery. Presenting arguments at court hearings. Managing document collection, production and review in complex litigation. Should have background using document management and review software. Clerkship is preferred. Law review or equivalent writing background is essential.
