Corporate Immigration Paralegal - (Charlotte, NC)

Moore & Van Allen PLLC is a prominent, business and litigation law firm with 3 offices in the Carolinas. Our large, business immigration practice is seeking an experienced immigration paralegal to join its team in our Charlotte, NC office. Applicant must be well organized; have good written and spoken communication abilities; strong technical skills; strong attention to detail; and have the expertise to work autonomously on multiple tasks. Successful applicants will possess a min of 3 to 5 years of employment-based immigration background preparing all types of nonimmigrant visa applications and EB-1 through EB-3 immigrant visa applications. A High-school diploma or the equivalent is required, with a 4 year degree preferred. The successful applicant will also have background working with Fortune 500 clientele and international executives. Position is based on a standard 37.5 hour work week, Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required as needed.
