Job DescriptionIn need of a Machine Shop Associate in the Phoenix Area for a local Machine Shop Corporation. This is a Temp - Perm opportunity working first shift.The right applicant will have saw background, understanding and knowledge of raw materials (aluminum, steels, stainless, etc.), good math skills, and communication abilities, etc.Background: CNC saw /Band saw background desired but not required as long as they have the other bullet points and a strong applicant Candidate also works with Purchasing to perform stock checks on materials Knowledge of measuring instruments-calipers/micrometers/tape Applicant also helps with delivery- loading and unloading, customer service at Will Call, etc Handling packing, forklift (no need for cert, but some background needed) Helps with delivery- loading and unloading.
