NewDay USA, a fast---growing financial services company, is currently seeking a Production Manager to oversee production of its national, high---volume direct mail lead generation program as well as internal collateral materials. Duties/Responsibilities Manage the direct mail production process from art and mechanicals through printing and letter shop to deliver accurate, quality jobs on time and on budget Source vendors and suppliers, and oversee print, letter shop and fulfillment house relations Obtain vendor proofs in order to ensure quality production and readability Assist with data segmentation, list management, and writing instructions of print and direct mail Assist with the curation of digital assets and organization of final print files Advise on formats to identify quality enhancing and cost saving opportunities Effectively tack. manage and analyze the direct mail production process Maintains production schedules and manage the approval and sign off process
