Working in a cross-functional capacity, this role will marketing program development for 1 of our pharmaceutical clients. The perfect applicant is friendly, enjoys creative challenges, is a model of productivity and detail-orientation, and thrives in entrepreneurial environments where his/her actions have significant impact on the company.Responsibilities: Develop and use timelines to meet client deadlines Understand project workflow Liaise with freelancers and vendor as necessary Proactively work with internal stakeholders to ensure the projects are delivered on time Ensure appropriate use of email and voicemail to communicate status within and outside the organization Maintain highly organized digital archives of internal versions and client versions of multiple projects Maintain understanding of ongoing projects and client submission
