In this role you will deliver high-quality service to participants and Institutional customers by providing administrative services relating to enrollments, case implementations, claims, billing administration, and call center activities. Critical responsibilities: Reviews and evaluates escalated death benefits issues regarding eligibility and plan qualifications in order to determine the appropriateness of the claim filing; resolves highly visible and more difficult cases. Maintains data in automated systems; troubleshoots and corrects problems; performs research and prepares reports. Facilitates department projects from start to finish; provides project timelines and reports.
