Insurance provider seeking individual with documented history of developing new Insurance Products including underwriting guidelines and forms to head the development of Commercial Insurance Products including Real Estate, Builders Risk, Municipalities, Schools (Public & Private), Light manufacturing/Warehousing, Retailers/shopping centers, Hotels/motels, Office buildings, Condominiums/apartments, Institutional, etc. Duties: *** Lead product planning and development of Commercial Property lines including Real Estate, Builders Risk, Municipalities, Schools (Public & Private), Light manufacturing/Warehousing, Retailers/shopping centers, Hotels/motels, Office buildings, Condominiums/apartments, Institutional, etc. *** Research and respond to key trends, regulatory adjustments, environmental forces and market needs within commercial line coverage. *** Market for new and existing product lines.
