Seeking Agile Scrum Master to help drive technology initiatives within project management organization. Functions: *** Serve as liaison between the business represented by Product Owner, Agile software engineering team, and stakeholders. *** Collaborate with other teams to enable the successful delivery of projects. *** Support adoption of Agile development practices by ensuring Agile principles, methodologies, and concepts are consistently adhered to and guiding team through Agile activities. *** Capture and use Agile metrics and retrospective actions to assess Agile maturity and process and practice improvement. *** Lead team to self-organization, cross-functionality, and a mature Agile adoption. *** Instill continual improvement, situational awareness, team empowerment and transparency into the team. *** Remove impediments and blockers to team progress.
