1st Advantage is seeking a self-starting and autonomous Enterprise Sales Representative to build a strong account base in the technology space. Principal Duties and Responsibilities This position covers the North East territory including: Ct, MA, VT, RI, ME, NH, and NY. Proactive prospecting and discovering of potential clients and the appropriate multi-level contact opportunities including prioritization based on company objectives Create an effective sales and pipeline strategy and effectively manage the process to create the scale of opportunities necessary to meet target numbers Create, modify and gain internal approval on all bid proposals including operational implementation plans Build pipeline, create momentum and anticipate industry opportunities and needs Oversee the development of initiatives for sales opportunities
