Job DescriptionThe Quality Assurance Specialist - HRS role develops and establishes quality assurance standards and measures for the alio HRS (Payroll and Human Resource) software product. This individual will also gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and eventually system qualifications. This includes writing test plans and scripts for tracking defects and fixes in product development, software application development, details systems, and operations systems. This position applies proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate Payroll/HR Software processes through careful testing in order to maximize the benefit of business investments in software initiatives.
