Job DescriptionWe are seeking a QC/QA Technician to become an integral part of our team! You will work directly with our Quality Manager in all aspects of maintaining our program to meet FDA qualifications in a food production facility Responsibilities:Applicant will work with little supervision after initial training conducting analysis, and auditing cleanliness and sanitation of our plantMaintenance of incoming documents and providing specific documents to our customers for items purchasedPulling retained sample on incoming products which requires lifting 50 pound boxes repeatedlyQualifications:Applicant should have a degree in Food ScienceMust be familiar with FSMA requirementsCandidate must able to maintain detailed records on the computerHAACP and/or HARPC certification is a plus
