Job overview The Associate Director --- Treasury, will support Alexion---s liquidity, planning, investment, and risk management functions. The successful applicant will be a cross-functional team member who is comfortable working with and presenting to senior management, as well as managing external stakeholders including banking partners and investment managers. Job responsibilities & Responsibilities Work with stakeholders to create and maintain medium and long-term cash forecasts used to support investments and capital planning decisions Oversee Alexion---s short-term investment portfolio and manage relationship with 3rd-party asset managers Collaborate closely with Alexion tax and accounting functions as well as senior management to plan cash mobilization globally, including management of intercompany loan book Manage $3.5bn notional of debt interest rate risk via derivative instruments Develop and implement best practices for Alexion---s FX balance sheet and cash flow hedging program
