Construction Coordinator III - (Woonsocket, RI)

The Construction Coordinatorsduties shall include but are not limited to the following: Exerciseprofessional engineering expertise in inspecting facility construction forcontract compliance; review plans and specifications for interpretation and changes;prepare reports on construction progress matters and perform related work asrequired. Acts as group leader for trades people in the design, estimating andconstruction of a group of construction projects; participates in the assemblyof required preliminary engineering info and development of preliminarydesigns and working plans, specifications and estimates for design andconstruction of in-house projects. Prepare building construction engineeringreports making recommendations for action when appropriate. Reviews andexamines preliminary and final plans and specification for buildings and sitework, to determine, if the plans and specifications provide installations thatwill be functionally effective, economical as to construction.
