Maintain mltpl accommodation rental units in a clean/orderly manner. Clean guest room, kitchen, conf facilities, halls, public areas; remove/sort/fold/carry/ replace linens; make beds; replenish supplies, set up guest/mtg room furniture/amenities. Dust, mop, vacuum, shampoo carpets, clean bathrooms, clean/polish mirrors & windows, dispose of refuse. Minimum 35hrs/wk. Open seven days/wk. 7 hr shifts vary b/w 8a-12a. Hrs/shifts may vary depending on occupancy. $9.29/hr. Emplyr may increase wage based on exp &/or prvd addtl pay for performance/tenure. O/T may be avail/not guar at $13.94/hr. Single wrkwk used to compute wages. Wkly pay. Emplyr will make all deductions from wrkr paychk reqd by law & deduct apprvd cost of housing if wrkr elects.
