AFSO/Recruiter with Security Clearance - (Ashburn, VA)

The position is 70% FSO / 30% Recruiting Recruiter Job responsibilities: Perform life cycle administration of technical recruiting. Perform hiring negotiations. Support surge qualifications for staffing at worksites, with occasional direct support at offsite offices. Interact effectively with all levels of applicants, hiring managers, Government customers, peer groups, and management. Conduct and present research on effectiveness of recruiting efforts and improvement opportunities. Prepare bi-weekly reports and maintain metrics on staffing performance. Plan and lead career fair efforts at offsite university campuses. FSO Position duties: Maintain Company manual for SCIF operations and other related specialized procedures Maintain and update Company procedures for personnel security clearance program Supervise and direct security measures necessary for implementing the NISPOM and other related Federal qualifications regarding classified details. Administer Companyâ??s Insider Threat program.
