Position overview Microsoft Development Lead Leads a team in the adherence of planning, policies, practices, and manages personnel while overseeing a development project or group of developers. Responsible for personnel management including mentoring of junior teammates, daily supervision and assigning of tasks, and annual employee evaluations of teammates. Oversees the completion of development projects. Min Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Info Systems, or a related position preferred or equivalent relevant background. 4-six years of background with programming or web development activities. 0-two years of management experience.
