Systems Engineer with Security Clearance - (Gaithersburg, MD)

Description: Leidos Civil Transportation Solutions is seeking a college graduate (Computer/System Engineering or Mathematics degree preferred) to support the Engineering domain for Enroute Automation Modernazation System (ERAM). The applicant will be responsible for learning existing/legacy system architecture, design, functions and capabilities to support the design of the new capabilities and enhancements. The applicant will delve into and engage across multiple System Engineering domains (Infrastructure and Applications) with a focus on analytics, system functionality and customer satisfaction as the architecture evolves and matures over the software engineering life cycle. The successful applicant will participate in wide-ranging engineering activities from the initial Concept of Operations (CONOPS) to requirements analysis, solution development, verification and validation as well as deployment.
