Creditor Bankruptcy Attorney with 3-7 years of experience - (Santa Ana, CA)

Santa Ana office of our client seeks creditor bankruptcy attorney with 3-7 yrs of background. The applicant will prepare motions for relief from stay, objections to Ch thirteen plans, handle all aspects of Ch eleven bankruptcy cases, oppositions to motions to value, oppositions to objections to claim, adversaries. Review and interpret all documents (legal and otherwise) deed of trusts, notes, assignments, property title, dockets, pleadings. Will respond to court notifications and inquiries received from clients, debtors and debtors' attorneys. Work with outside counsel in all 50 states. Must be admitted to Practice in California. Admitted to Practice in other states is a plus. Background in drafting pleadings, making court appearances, and case law research is essential. A portable book of business is a plus.
