Production Coordinator (Plant Support Coordinator --- PSC) provides support and generalist services to the plant including Production, Human Resources, Health and Safety, and Finance (SAP). They support key activities and tasks critical to production---s efficiency. The Production Coordinator provides support for plant operations including maintenance supply/ part ordering, data entry, and reporting on all plant metrics/IRO processes. Their role is also responsible for facility planning and logistics, human resources, health and safety and accounting processes. Key Production Coordinator Activities / Responsibilities: SAP --- Responsible for accurate and timely SAP inputs for accounting and inventory purpose Accounts Payable/Receivables -prepare all invoices for processing and complete the scrap sale reports and plant recycle invoices for the purpose of AR. Inventory --- Process cycle counts, assist Finance with reconciliations when necessary, administer the annual physical inventory count.
