Analyze, diagnose and resolve user support requests within the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Document the process in our support ticketing system in a clear, concise and accurate manner. Identify, redirect, or escalate more complex problems to the level two technicians. Maintain an attentive, friendly, professional demeanor that exceeds customer expectations.
