Executive Compensation Analyst - (New York, NY)

The Role: The Executive Compensation Analyst will assist in the design, planning, and administration of Moody's global compensation programs to ensure their market competiveness. Additionally, this role will support the plan administration of our equity programs, the subsequent taxation related to globally mobile employees, and the creation of executive compensation disclosures. Responsibilities: Conduct analyses on a broad spectrum of compensation projects, including financial analysis of compensation programs and initiatives, (e.g., long term incentive design and planning, competitive salary analyses, proxy peer group data, etc.) Gather and analyze compensation and financial data and model alternative approaches to performance- and stock-based compensation Assist in on-going equity plan administration by maintaining and reconciling equity program data with stock plan administrator, running reports, and answering stock plan related inquiries
