The Paul and Marcia Wythes Center on Contemporary China of the Princeton Institute for International and Regional Studies (PIIRS) invites applications for a full-time Associate or more senior Research Scholar with a preferred start date of September 1, 2018. The Center conducts research that advances the study of contemporary China at Princeton University and provides substantive analysis from social science perspectives of the dramatic sociological shifts taking place in China today. The Research Scholar's duties include: working collaboratively with the Director to analyze multiple large datasets; coordinating, designing, implementing, and reporting on the results of such analyses; interfacing with collaborators or potential collaborators in research; potential course instruction pending departmental need
