Scientist I, Immunology - (Waltham, MA)

POSITION OVERVIEW The Immunology Research Group is seeking a highly motivated, innovative and resourceful Scientist I to help advance our understanding on the immunological aspects of hemophilia and clotting factor replacement therapies, as well as to advance our hematology pipeline. The successful applicant will perform exploratory in vivo and in vitro experiments, develop cellular and molecular models and assays to investigate immune responses to and mechanism of action of clotting factors. RESPONSIBILITIES - use cell lines and primary immune cells from in vivo and clinical samples to build cellular models - communicates effectively and collaborates in a multidisciplinary team environment EDUCATION - brings an in-depth understanding of the innate and adaptive immune system - background in Bioinformatics is a plus - contribute to a collaborative team culture, by developing relationships with other research, clinical and medical affairs colleagues - Design, perform and analyze in vivo and in vitro
