Entry-level IT Analyst/Environmental Scientist - (Charlottesville, VA)

ERG is a multidisciplinary environmental consulting firm offering a wide spectrum of professional services. We are seeking a bright, highly motivated IT analyst with strong teamwork, communication, and time-organizational skills for an opening as an Entry-level Details Technology Analyst/Environmental Scientist located in our Charlottesville, Virginia office. Primary assignments include working with databases including writing SQL queries, quality assurance and testing, gathering software qualifications, site maintenance and content uploads, and writing software design and testing documentation for web applications with scientific purposes. Background programming in Python and knowledge of Agile/Scrum software engineering methodologies a plus. The selected applicant will--collaborate with a team and operate independently on concurrent tasks while meeting project deadlines.
