POSITION ASSIGNMENTS: Formulate/define system scope and objectives. Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering equipment capacity and limitations. Prepare detailed specifications for programs. Assist in the design and development of new software. Work with project managers and developers to ensure applications meet business qualifications. Formulate/define specifications for complex operating software programming applications. Evaluate new and existing software products. QUALIFICATION QUALIFICATIONS: 4-six years of related work background. Outstanding communication abilities; the ability to develop and present ideas and results in oral/written form. The ability to apply ability on multiple complex work assignments. The ability to show latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems. The ability to contribute to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable. Familiarity with military cargo movements, passenger movements, and port operations.
