Executive: Head of Customer Experience & Austin Site Lead - Austin, Texas - (Austin, TX)

As the Head of Customer Experience, you will help shape the Company experience for millions of our customers globally while leading and developing high-performing teams. You will build the organization for the future while leading all aspects of its day-to-day operations. In addition to directly leading your organization, you will also serve as the Head of Office for Company’s office, representing the interests of Company in Austin and ensuring that Company continues to develop as a center of excellence for Company as a whole. Responsibilities You will lead and inspire a highly motivated and talented CX teams to deliver world-class customer experience You will design and implement innovative solutions that deliver scalability across multiple markets while ensuring customer satisfaction You will drive scaled operations by continuous process automation and data analyses to find opportunities for operational excellence.
