Executive: Head of Customer Experience & Austin Site Lead - Austin, Texas - (Austin, TX)

As the Head of Customer Experience, you will help shape the Company experience for millions of our customers globally while leading and developing high-performing teams. You will build the organization for the future while leading all aspects of its day-to-day operations. In addition to directly leading your organization, you will also serve as the Head of Office for Company’s office, representing the interests of Company in Austin and ensuring that Company continues to develop as a center of excellence for Company as a whole.
