The Vice President of Health Plans Solutions is responsible for the successful delivery and development of COMPANY Health Plan Solutions to multiple clients. Has overall responsibility for managing groups of contracts within the designated region. Responsible for relationship management with key stakeholders, revenue generation, and overall client satisfaction. Responsible for regional strategy, organizational planning, and risk management. Required functions: Oversees the management and delivery of Health Plan Solutions. Effectively plans, develops, and manages full P&L for Health Plan Solutions. Effectively manages personnel to ensure high performance, efficiency, and quality. Develops strong relationships at all levels, but especially with key COMPANY and client executives. Builds a strong organizational plan that mitigates risks and facilitates future growth. Consistently makes decisions in a timely manner to move business forward.
