Training Coordinator 1st Shift - (Lafayette, IN)
JOB PURPOSE: To perform on-the-job department specific training utilizing standard work training material.Provide follow up training after new associates or agency workers have been through the initial basic training period.Provide support for the Training Coordinator to ensure that cross-training and/or new associate/agency worker's have been properly introduced and trained in standard work operations for their specific department. POSITION DUTIES: - Maintains cooperative relationship with all teammates and must be able to work overtime and irregular shifts as needed. - Sets up, operates and maintains training equipment. Necessary background: - This position will generally report to an Operations/Office Coach but may receive direction from management staff and the Training Coordinator. - Conducts on-the-job and standard work skills training in their specific department. - May be required to help support and/or develop additions to standard work or update department specific policies and procedures.
