Description • Position will support financial management activities for Clinical Trial and other clinical operations contracts and budgets • Expertise to review and understand contract structures and payment schedules • Demonstrates excellence in managing multiple projects. • Demonstrates an expertise to effectively interact cross- functionally. • Conducts Quarterly Financial Review process for vendor budgets and invoicing. • Assists in the development of spreadsheets and tracking tools that are useful when organizing and conducting regular budget review meetings with senior clinical staff. • Conducts Clinical Trial and Operations invoice coordination: Invoice review, expense account coding, and review routing.
