Legal: Trademark Paralegal - Chicago, Illinois - (Chicago, IL)

Our client, a law firm located in the Chicago loop is seeking a Trademark Paralegal to join their team. The successful applicant will work with the client's Corporate and Law Firm clients in all aspects of the Trademark renewal process. This position reports to Global Head of the Trademark Renewals Department as well as to the COO of the US operations. Your Assignments include: * Working with clients and outside counsel to coordinate both domestic and international trademark renewals * Overseeing outside domestic and international counsel on day-to-day trademark renewal matters * Docketing next renewal and action due dates * Participating in conference calls with clients and outside counsel * Legalizing documents * Submitting outside counsels invoices for payment to accounting department * Processing incoming emails and mail; answering phone calls * Sending courier and mail packages * Scanning renewal filing receipts and certificates * All other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications *
