Healthcare: Clinical Reviewer II - PASSR (Per-Diem - Boston area) - Shrewsbury - (Shrewsbury, MA)

GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION: Under the direction of the Associate Director or their designee, the Clinical Reviewer completes face-to-face Pre-Admission Screening Resident Reviews (PASRR) evaluations in Massachusetts. This position ensures that individuals with mental illness (MI), seeking admission to or currently residing in a nursing facility, receive an in-person evaluation and nursing facility placement determination. Reviewers will be outfitted with resources to work remotely with occassional travel to the main office in Shrewsbury. We are looking for individuals to work remotely in Boston area but willing to travel down to Southeast MA as needed. This is a Per-Diem position. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Upon suspicion of MI conduct in-person evaluations to confirm the presence of MI, whether a nursing facility is the most appropriate setting and whether the individual has a need for specialized services.
