Second Shift Warehouse Supervisor - (Buford, GA)

Randstad is currently seeking Warehouse Supervisor for the Gwinnett County Area. The Warehouse Supervisor has general responsibility for coordinating and supervising all warehouse activities on a daily basis. Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for supervising the receiving of inbound containers, warehousing and shipping of product in a manner consistent with company guidelines. This position is for second shift Working hours: 1st shift Skills: -Supervise and coordinate unloading of inbound shipments. -Stacking product on pallets according to safety standards. -Picking, banding and staging of shipments while maintaining safety standards. -Verify inbound outbound manifest, ensuring that all product is correctly counted. -Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all equipment. -Ensure work schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly. -Ensure pullers are adhering to the FIFO rule (1st in 1st out).
