DESCRIPTION The Client Care Manager has the overall responsibility for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Client Care Specialist line and for delivery of exquisite service to York Traditions Bank customers. DUTIES Leads Client Care Specialist Team to build brand awareness of York Traditions Bank and its value proposition by providing exquisite and responsive customer service. Responsible for efficiently coordinating administrative tasks behind the Client Care Specialist line and ensuring Client Care Specialists are cross-trained to allow for smooth functioning ongoing as well as in the Client Care Managers absence. Uses interpersonal and leadership skills to coach and influence the service and sales behaviors of Client Care Specialists in order to meet team goals. Applies Bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance of teammates. Operates a window as needed in addition to supervising all Client Care Specialists. Handles customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
